Having accurate measurements is the key to finding well-fitting garments, especially when you are unable to try items on in person. Our garments are made of stretchy fabrics with forgiving fits, but knowing your measurements will help you choose a size that will fit you comfortably.
- It is best to use a cloth measuring tape.
- Pull the tape firmly without stretching it or pinching the skin.
- Measure over bare skin while wearing your undergarments, but not clothing.
Place the tape at the fullest part of your chest, wrapping it under your armpits and shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug and level to the floor. Using a mirror will help ensure the tape is kept level.
Measure your natural waistline. This is located approximately 2 inches above your belly button. To find this spot, bend gently to one side and the crease that forms will be at your natural waistline. Do not suck in your stomach.
Stand straight with your feet together and measure the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Use a mirror to help keep the tape level.
