Excellent customer service

I purchased a soft and stretchy blanket at a market and when I got home I realized there was a hole. I was immediately sent a new one free of charge as well as a needle, thread and instructions in case I wanted to repair the old one as a spare. She was so kind and understanding! Would definitely shop here again.
